Photographer Help!!!

OK i really really need some help girls!! We visited with two photographers this week and we are having a hard time choosing between the two. I do not want to reveal their names just yet since I think that might change some peoples opinions, so here is what they are offering...

Photographer A is offering...
*10x10 album with 50 pages and 100 photographs
*4x6proofs
*1 16x20 or 11x14
*2 8x10 and 4 5x7
*50 Thank you cards
*two free parent albums which we do not want and do not need and he seemed unwilling to swap them out for something else
*Free engagement shoot in Central Park
*Web access for guests to view pics online and the option to order (which is something im gonna need)
*A 2 min. video of ceremony to play at reception before our grand entrance
*w/ video $5200

Photographer B is offering...
*50 images in a 8x12 or 12x12 album
*9 5x7
*2 8x10
*1 12x18
*100 Thank you cards (which is what we need)
proofs
*engagement shoot in studio with a 8x10
*no web access as of yet for guests to order pics but it may be coming this spring
BTW their picture quality is a little better than Photographer A
w/video $5295

Now do I save myself $100 or do I splurge and spend the $100 for better pictures?? I honestly never thought I would get Photographer B's price down that low.

ETA: Photographer B is giving us a photographer and photographers assistant, Photographer A only has one photographer.

Please help!!

Honestly, and I hope this doesn't come out the wrong way, but it's $100. I waste more than that on any given week. Imagine not going for it and then kicking yourself over that little amount of money.

Go with #2....I totally understand about saving every penny. I went with another video guy to save 250, so trust me when I say I understand but, if #1 isnt giving you what you want then spend the 100 and go with what you need and want. Photos are the next biggest thing after you RH. And if the $100 is a big issue then see what his price is without video and check out Halo Video, they are great and inexpensive for all that you get.

I voted for b. The quality of the pictures is the most important part. The only thing I didn't care for was the epictures in the studio. It always looks so good at the parks or special places. This is just my opinion. But do what makes you happy.

Its not really the $100 thats holding me back and I know I can easily save $100 from another vendor to make up the difference. I really wanted my epics taken in Central Park and photographer A offers that and photographer B does not. Also, its the whole web access thing. I cannot believe that this company, Photographer B, does not have it yet. They are up to date on everything else but that.

I have a feeling once I reveal the two photographers everyone is gonna say B

Nope your B was wrong. I just responded to you. I figured since you responded to my pole and gave me your honest opinion, I could let the cat out of the bag One of my friends is using Duet also and they seem to really like them, but FH does not want to see any more photographers since these two are making our heads spin LOL

Re: Photographer Help!!!

if your spending 5k on photos and then you sell yourself short on quality you'll kick yourself, sure you get more stuff from the photographer A but in the end its all about the quality....all the other stuff will mean bubkus if the quality isnt there!

Re: Photographer Help!!!

go with quality if the price isn't much different.

so there's no web access for guests it says...does that mean you have web access? if you do, then who cares if the guests don't?

Re: Photographer Help!!!

How about you take the price of the lower photographer and bring it to the one you really want and see what he can do on the price. If you haggle a little they will come down, trust me. It's a bus.

I think Package 1 is much better. But check out other photogs also. I think other ones may offer you more for around the same price.
