so I have been looking around for different photographers and now im stuck....im starting to get nervous bc this is really one of the most important things to me. i want to be able to look back at my pictures and remember my special day
does anyone have good recommendations and if so could you let me know who you used, what kind of package you got and about how much it was

I went with Jay from Duet!!! I just got my e-pics back and I must say after moaning, groaning, and whining for months on end about not choosing Lia from imagine, I am totally 100% satisfied and could not be happier =) Jays work is exquisite! I could not have asked for better pictures, and on top of that Jay was a blast to spend 2 hours with
I totally agree.. we used jay from duet as well!! I couldn't have been happier. We havent gotten our proofs back yet..but our epics came out fantastic and jay made us both feel really comfortable. I love taking pictures..but DH doesn't and he felt totally at ease with jay. For the price we got so much... and i've never seen a bad picture from duet!!!!
other photographers who's style i love are Thomas paul, twelfth night and Angelica glass...but as other girls said it really depends on your style and budget!!! Good luck

I'm using Michael O'Neill. He's a little expensive but worth it from what I can see!!
I am using Modern Wedding Photography. Her pics are amazing. She is a photojournalist, so if that's what you are looking for DEFINETLY check her out.

I love Twelfth Night so far :)
I also looked at Patken, and Thomas Paul and called a bunch of others before I went to NY. Twelfth night was my favorite by a loooong shot!
im paying 3500 for proofs and disk. no albums right now and i may add a day after shoot/ trash the dress for 200-500. Patken was more $ and Thomas Paul a little less. I have the quotes here somewhere if you want them.
oh and i also have 2 photographers and engagement shoot

i am using Thomas Paul. Photography (2 photographers) was 3800. This was w/ digital album , thank yous, a few other pics, e-pics, parent albums. I also got my video through him
