I'm booked with Duet (Nick) but almost booked with Fine-Art - they were just about $800 more than Duet for basically the same thing. Really a matter of style preference.

Re: Photographer Help!
Hey there! Choosing photographers can all be so overwhelming!! For me the photographer was also one of the most important aspects – so much so that I told my fiancée he could choose the venue based on food so long as he left this decision in my capable hands I seriously researched 37 photographers– meaning based off of reviews via this website and judging by the work on websites. I took a week to hammer out all the details and solely focus on this task. I narrowed down my list to the top ten and then inquired about pricing and based on budgetary concerns and by how in love I was with the work, I narrowed it further to the top five.
With that being said – I highly recommend Lighthouse Photography studios!! – Out of the five photographers we met with, regarding Lighthouse, I was blown away by quality of their photos it is truly something you have to see in person, I was simply amazed by the stylistic photography both traditional and modern/photo journalistic – and judging by the albums they really have a keen sense of tailoring and capturing the couples personalities. They also had infared (photography) capabilities, which I only came across with one other studio. The pricing was phenomenal (icing on the cake) - Just to give an example -The Instyle digital package starts at $2395 - Photographer coverage for 10 hours - bride and groom album 60 images 10x10, two parent albums, online gallery password protected, deluxe proof album approx 500 photos, one 4x6 brag book with 10 photos, 75 designer thank you cards with envelopes and shared rights to all your photos. I’m sure he could provide additional or package pricing for the 8x10s and individual photos etc. They offer sooo much with their packages because they are a small studio and started 2 years ago with over 25 years experience and have no overhead. We made sure to see all our options and honestly their pricing blew everyone out of the water but asides from that, the quality is what really made our decision Florio’s (owner) personality was so warm and inviting (as all vendors are) but I could also tell there was a connection and I could tell that not only was he passionate about his craft but also about ensuring our happiness... the connection between you and the photographer on your wedding day is also very important and he will most definitely work with you - so long as you specify what your needs are. I hope this input helps you out. Let me know if you make an appointment and feel free to tell him I reccomended. Best of luck!!!
Let me know if you want further info - Happy to send you an fm My top five we’re Lighthouse, Imagine Studios, Thomas Paul, Leli Photography, and Duet. Rounding out the top ten were J’adore and North Island Photo and Amanda Picone – Michael O’neil and Creative Compositions.
*I have heard great things about Patken, Duet and Thomas Paul. Duet and Thomas Paul provide great quality and affordable pricing (Duet can depend on specific photographer pertaining to the quality and style you want to achieve. Thomas Paul books fairly quickly - def give him a call if you're interested in seeing him, sooner rather than later). Patken may be a little pricey - I have heard excellent things regarding thier work (beautiful photographs) however I've heard mixed reviews pertaining to customer service after pictures are taken i.e. delivery time and response time. ADA is a studio type setting - well known on the island and I don't know much about Marco except that I saw their offices & the pictures looked stunning - their pricing is a bit pricey but only at a quick glance, I didn't get to meet with them. Hope this helps!!
