photographer questions

photographer questions

so...I wanted to book Artisan as my photographer, but I really dragged my heels because I work in retail and I took a brief hiatus from planning over Nov./Dec. and now he is booked!

Does anyone recommend a photgrapher that has a good mix of photojournalistc and traditional..that will stay basically the whole time (no time constraints) and is somewhat reasonable.
I am thinking around the $3000. to $4500. range.

Thanks for any help.

Re: photographer questions

Duet is completely booked...

I have an appt.with Pro- Line next week.

I looked at the vendor list, but I prefer to hear genuine reccomendations or just even a word or two about someone rather then just reading an ad..It's weird, my FI gets annoyed with me about it.
Oh well..

keep em coming if you don't mind..

Thanks so much.

Try Jon for TimExposures. He is reasonably priced and his photos are great.

I second Jon. He is sooo nice and talented. He is definitely reasonably priced. He will also stay the whole time without any extra charge.

edited to add: Check out wood2be photo album with her wedding proofs. As soon as I saw them I knew I wanted Jon to be my photographer. It was exactly what I was looking for. Also Mrs.Z she has an album too.

Good Luck!

We're using The Velvet Studio. Bob is our traditional photographer, his wife is our photojournalistic photographer. We have them starting 1 1/2 hours prior to the ceremony until the end of the reception. He has a variety of packages that fall within your price range.

We met with a total of 7 photographers before selecting Velvet Studio. Our e-pics only served to confirm that we made the right choice.
