So I met with TP tonight - very nice guy was very informational and helpful didn't try to sell us on anything and knew what he was talking about! So he is def a contender in who we could choose.
Have one more appt next week with north island so I guess we will see

I met with North Island and TP. Both were great - I went with TP because of his personality. Michael from North Island was great, my FH loved him but there was just something about him lol. His work is beautiful though:)

I'm booked with TP and he was the only photographer I met with. I've been lucky with pretty much all my first vendors. I loved his personality and it's REALLY important that you mesh with whoever is going to be shooting your images all day. You don't get a do-over. For me personality was/is as much a priority as skill. If I don't like you, chances are you won't get me to smile. When I met with TP I had my 4 1/2 year old who was home with the sniffles and he was so sweet to her and didn't stress that she was looking at albums, etc. (she is well behaved but still.....) i met with TP and a few others (bc FMIL wanted comparative pricing). I knew he was the one from the moment i met with him. he is so nice, friendly and goes out of his way for his clients (seems to be calling everyone personally to wish them happy holidays). To me, those personal touches matter. Aside from their work make sure you are comfortable with whichever photographer you pick...they will be with you allll day

We met with so many photographer and immediately clicked with TP. FH & I were going to have a code word type thing but FH was just like So where is the contract to sign..so glad he did because I was booking him regardless

I freaking love Tom. He's awesome and we were soooo disappointed when we found out he was booked on our date. Worked out though because we love Brian (another TP photographer) as well!

TP is awesome!!!! We had appts with two other photographers. TP was the first and last one we met with. We booked right on the spot. All his work is great!

Im a North Island girl!!! I looooove Michael!! Such an AMAZING guy! His work is just phenomenal and on the day of, he was so awesome to work with. He made DH and I, and my whole BP and fam feel so comfortable! Everybody loved him. Great personality and fun! He got every shot I wanted and I did not even give him a list!! HE JUST KNEW!!
