Photographer/Videographer Quotes

Is it possible to get a good photographer and video for around $2,000? I don't need any bells and whistles, no engagement pics, no need for albums or anything like that.

I dont have suggestions, but I'm sure you could find something like that. I am paying 4800 for photo/video but I have two photogs, e pics etc.

I found a photographer for $3,600 and they're really great (meeting with them next month). I haven't found anything less than that but if I do I'll make sure to FM you!

There are some amazing photographers for less than that with albums.

I would DEFINITELY look at artisan because everything is a la carte. You don't have to get any albums if you don't want! His photography is amazing too!!! FM me with any questions :)

You can try Lighthouse Photography. Our package e-pics, albums, etc is costing a little less than that!! They have beautiful work!! You definately get your money's worth! And Florio, Monica & the photographers that work there are AMAZING!!!

CeciB offers a lower priced package. Google for her info. She does a lot of boudoir pics, but she also shoots weddings.

I met with her, and while we ultimately chose another company, I did feel she was a qualified Photographer.

I highly recommend Lighthouse Photography too. They take fantastic photos and they will be happy to work with you.

My friend is using Marco photography and is paying around $2200 (not including videography or anything) and she raves about him

Dan Wagner was a little more but he seemed excellent!!
Also, I think B*en*c*h*w*er*k (I put * bc im not sure if they are a 'preferred vendor' on here) were pretty cheap but I never met up with them because FH and I loveddd Thomas Paul's work!

absolutely. albums are often what drives the price up. ditto to lighthouse they had the lowest quote we got (2300) and then albums were done separately so ppl could save $ by making their own on sites like snapfish, etc. Every other photog we went to included albums sort of automatically but im SURE if you inquire they will give you the quotes w/o the albums - we honestly were quoted around 3000-3500 at most places and the albums were like 800-1000 of that cost so 2000 shouldnt be that much of a stretch! hth
