Photographers price?????

Am I crazy when I look at photographers that cost $4,000.00 I feel the pictures look great... Does anyone know one who is around $2500.00 but with great creative style - not just those traditional pictures.

TARA: PAUL MARINO, PAUL MARINO PHOTOGRAPHY -- 516 795-6545 I AGREE WITH YOU. BUT IT DOES DEPEND ON HOW MANY ALBAUMS, PICTURES IN EACH, ETC. I THINK YOU SHOULD CALL PAUL AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL BE DELIGHTED. HE IS VERY REASONABLE... WISHING YOU THE VERY BEST.

Photographers price????? (Long)

We are using Lia at Imagine Studios (www.imaginestudios.net). We are paying $2800 for our package with them which is VERY generous and competitive. We chose Lia b/c she combines minimal posed shots with b&W artistic and candid photojournalism. I am so happy with our choice. We did visit other photographers that were charging $4000 and up for increased photojournalistic/candid shots so it is not unusual. Good luck in your search!!!

Tina, I checked out their web site, and I really think they do nice work. What do you get in your package?Are you having a video as well?, if so are you using Imagine? Let me know- thanks!

We are not getting a video but if you want one, Lia's husband Nelson takes the video while she shoots the photos w/ an assistant. We are getting: - Complete wedding day coverage from prior to the church to the end of the reception. - A library bound album with 40 8x10s. - 2 Insert Parent Albums w/24 5x7s each. - 75 Thank You's w/photos. - 2 8x10s w/ custom digital effects. - 1 11x14 portrait - Complete set of proofs! - Double lighting & Assistant - and WE keep the negatives!!! They also have other packages higher & lower prices depending on what you want. They have an 'A La Carte' list too.

Wedding group one has a package for 2,000 and 2,500. Check them out www.weddinggroupone.com their website has alot of different pics that show their style.

Photographers price?????

My photographer's prices range from around 2k to 4k but we only have to pay a $400 deposit before the wedding and everything else afterward. We thought this was great and a lot easier then having to shell everything out up front. Plus his photos are wonderful!!!! Check him out www.edcollinsphoto.com

we`re using marco studios in holbrook (631) 585-0500. my sister used them and we loved their work and professionalism... we`re getting the 'gold' package: $2795 and includes: *bride & groom`s album w/ 60 8X10 plus 1 panoramic in leather album *2 parent albums w/30 5X7 each *125 thank you photos w/cards *1 16X20 *1 11X14 *6 8X10 *10 5X7 *2 mini albums (wallet size) *all proofs the 'silver' package is $2495 and includes: *bride & groom`s album w/ 50 8X10 in leather album *2 parent albums w/24 5X7 each *100 thank you photos w/cards *1 16X20 *4 8X10 *10 5X7 *2 mini albums (wallet size) *all proofs they also throw in an engagement portrait sitting w/free 8X10, and all packages can be customized. their video (including 2 parent copies and digital imaging... and will be available on DVD by the time we get married!!!) is $1495, and they knock off $50 if you get both photos and video love and friends, jody :)

Jody - What kind of pics?

hi taryn :)... the pics are probably a little more on the traditionalish side, only they seem a lot more lively than others i`ve seen. i can`t really explain that, you`d have to take a look! :) also, they do color, b&w, color splash, and sepia toned we`re using Joe... my sister used Mark (the owner), but he was booked already 14 months before my wedding! both of them had great work to show us. mark is a little more hyper, joe is a little more laid back, but both have great personalities. the only other thing i`d keep in mind is that if mark is booked and they tell you joe or someone else is available, tell them you want to meet with the photographer who would be doing your wedding. the first time i went, joe wasn`t there, i just looked at his stuff. i insisted on meeting with him before booking him, just in case there was a personality clash or something ;) fortunately, there wasn`t ;)... i left a deposit without meeting him, but it was in my contract 'pursuant to bride liking joe' ;) love and friends, jody :)
