Does anyone have any recommendations for photographers who do a lot of their pictures in this style? I really want to have more candid pictures than posed, so this is a must for me. (And not too expensive is always good too!)

We used Lina Jang. She was pricey but does amazing work.
That's who my sister used a few years ago. She is amazing, however, her prices have gone up a couple thousand since then

Franklin Square Photo did a great job with our wedding, and were a joy to work with. You can check out their recent weddings at www.fsphoto.com. I highly recommend them.
Creative Compositions is very good but may be expensive.

Photojournalism is the buzz word in the photo industry. I think the most important thing to do no matter who you choose is to go for it and get the SECOND SHOOTER/PHOTOGRAPHER. This is the one who will get all those special candids and stuff. HTH
