Photography

Can someone please give me an approximate price for a photographer (thinking about using Patken)? I am trying to update my budget and I have no idea an approximate cost.

I'd say about $3-$4k depending on what you're getting, including all proofs, your album, two parents albums, a few 8x10s, 5x7s... and online pics

patken might be cheaper than that, but I didn't meet with them. I got that quote above at 3 different places

that's not including video either but i found a pretty cheap video guy (if I ever get around to booking them).

I agree about 3-4k is the average of what I got quoted. I got a quote from Patken but I know Thomas Paul came in cheaper so we went with him

At least with us he was...it wouldn't hurt to try, he has been great and we are not actually having Tom but using David and he was great also!
