I am using them. I have Don as my photog who is great as long and u are very specific with what u want. I took my E-pics already and loved them. I also just came from a wedding that John(the owner) and Franco worked at and I got to see them in action they both seemed like the got a lot of great shots I have seen albums that each of them did and they pretty much all do good work. My friend had Don the guy I am using but didn't like him too much, guess it wasn't the look she was going for and she said he didn't give much direction so she switched to John. But when I shot with him for my e-pics we seemed to work well together both coming up with great poses and my pic came out exactly how I wanted them so I and satified with him. However the fact that the will give you a re-shoot at no cost if you dislike your e-pics and u can select a new photographer if u want as well seems like great customer service to me.
