I just wanted to vent some of my frustration that I am going through with my photographer. My wedding was in May of '08 and I STILL have not received my wedding album! (As of Feb '10) They do not return my calls and completely ignore emails. I am getting so tired of waiting! It looks like they did a nice job from the proofs but this is completly rediculous. Does anybody know what the standard turnaround time is once final pics are chosen?

That is really ridiculous! Thanks for letting us know. That is WAY longer than the norm. I think ours said 3 months...
The fact that they don't respond is a sign of very bad business.
I would report them to Better Business Bureau. That may light the fire under their butt to friggin give you your pictures!!!

well with duet once you pick your final pics they produce a layout in 2 months then once that is final its takes 3 months to get the album.
That is absurd that you are still waiting!!!! Call BBB on them!!! I would also send them a certified letter with all the dates and such so that you have proof that you have contacted them.
Do you at least have all your pictures?

I had this same issue...my original photog threw in a eshoot and took forever to get us anything....couldn't even get back to me after months and months of calling and emailing! So I canceled him and went with someone else....my new photog had my proofs to me in about a month and had my album layout in like 2 weeks after I picked them....I am still waiting for my album but was told 6-8 weeks for the album so it is still within the time frame. good luck...have you tried getting BBB involved with this????
