does anyone know the name of the company that is on the news that isnt going to EVEr get pics back to the couples that used them..

Well, it definitely happened to Queens Bridal Center...there's a thread on here somwhere about that.

But it also happened to my friend. I can't remember the name of her photog. But she got her proofs and video and then they disappeared..she can't get any of her pics now.

I think I would die.

Yes, my brother and sister in-law used them. She had a lot of trouble with them, but was lucky enough to get her pics and video. It took over a year, but she got them.

they are in my town...one day they were open, the next they were out of business w a note on the door listing a phone number of some guy they'd sold the pictures to or something. i think thats the story...

OMG...I saw that yesterday but I could watch the whole story because I had to get to work..I would die! Pics are the most important thing to me!

A girl I work with booked with them. She lost her $1000 deposit...They apparently wanted all the money upfront for a 15% discount.

I saw it on channel 4 news last night at 11. I was thinking it was going to be about Queens Bridal Center. But it was about a place in NJ as another poster mentioned - Celebrations. I think they have locations all over. It was so sad listening to the couples' stories.

Oh, but they mentioned how 1 couple was going about things the right way - by filing a police report. So if anyone else runs into this problem (knock on wood), file a police report!
