Can anyone tell me what should be included in a photography contract? :)

If you have to provide the photographer(s) meals, all that is included in the package: date, time, # of photographers (names), how many hours they will be working total, $$ for OT, any other 'fee' such as traveling, if pictures will be watermarked, own rights?..I can't think of anything else right now hope it helps!

If your DJ package comes with Zap photos, make sure that the photographer will allow the DJ to take, show them at the reception and give you a disc of the pictures taken.
If 2 parent albums are included, do they both have to be the same photos? Is the brides album the same photos?
How soon after the wedding will I see proofs? Will proofs be online?

If you're getting thank you cards through your photographer - what's the style of the card/how many pictures on the card/how many cards.
Also - if e-pics are included you would need the details of that (Price, traveling fee, length of session, etc)

I know someone said this above me, but I'd stress to make sure you get your photographers name in the contract. I met with a few who I really liked, but they wouldn't be the one shooting. I felt that it was important to meet personally with whomever would be taking my pics so that I knew that we'd work well together.
