I am new to this board and planning my wedding, and I am not giving myself much time to figure it out.
I am getting married in 6 months and I am in desperate need of help!
I like more photojournalistic/artsy photos. I do want some shots traditional but I feel like most shooters can do this so I want more on an emphasis of someone who can shoot the photojournalistic style.
I already reached out to Duet and Janelle Brooke. Both are booked for my date. I have a meeting with Patken but I feel like most of my friends who had problems with Patken were the ones who wanted this style. Its seems like Jaime can shoot like this from what I have seen.
Any other reccomendations! I really appreciate any and all help.
Thanks!

Re: Photography Help!
Thank you all for the leads.
Unfortunately Duets is completely booked.
I like Michael's work at North Island but I personally like less of the vintage artsy that they are know for.
Hopefully someone of these are available.
Everyone's epics look awesome!

Not sure what your budget looks like, but my personal favorite is Marco Photography. I've never seen a picture I don't like from them - I just wish they were in my budget. I've also heard great things about ADA studio, and I hear their prices are decent. HTH

Re: Photography Help!
I've seen some ADA pics I like, but you know whats funny? I wasn't overly thrilled with the proofs I recently saw of ADA's ... My friend is using them for his wedding in March, and when I told him this, he said it was because they just got a bad guy, the proofs did suck, and the rest of the photographers there were photojournalistic. Who knows, right? Maybe both brides had the same guy?
No offense, but I hope, for my friends case, that you are wrong, lol ... I know he'd be pissed if the pictures came out bad ... But I got my own photographer problems - we were over budget so we settled on The Wedding Center for ours Wish me luck, lol!

Re: Photography Help!
if you havn't found one yet, try Matt Sowa or Angelica Glass. They are both very much in the style you want.
