Does anyone know of any photographers that have packages of around $2000-2,500? I really can't spend more than that i'm on a super tight budget . I'm only looking into photos no video. Thanks for the help.

Try Jessica Photography (aka a beautiful day photography). They have reasonable packages and will work with your budget. A few of my friends used them and I am using them too. They do great work.
Try T&T, Dan Krieger, Fullview, Velvet, and Thomas Paul...they all had at least some packages that were in that range, depending on what was included or not.

It depends what you're looking for in your packages. I met with a few photographers and all were under what you're looking for. Most of the packages I was looking at did not include albums (not sure if you want them) but they pretty much started around $1,500. I met with Velvet Studios, Dan Wagner, and Mark Kauffman (Angelica Studios).

Twelfth Night blew the competition away as far as we were concerned.
You can build your own package and come in just around your 2500 budget. SO worth it.
