Photography question - Price v. Quality of service
Someone I know went to a certain photography place.. a wedding plaza. They were offered video and photo for $2600. This sounds great, however when a search was done by looking up a Better Business Bureau report on them, there had been 5 complaints on their service in the last 12 months. That would put up a red flag for me.
What would you do? Go with them b.c they are giving her such a great price or not choose them b/c of the complaints you saw?
Suggestions needed girls! Thanks!

I think you can get great quality and a good price but you have to do your research and make sure you are making a good decision.

I would continue researching for photography. You don't want to be #6 on their complaint list. Have you check out other places before them?

With that many BBB complaints I would keep looking. I could see one, maybe two complaints - but 5??? Way too high for me.
ETA: Especially for photos and video - after all when the day is over that is what you have left to remember the day by.

The question was not for me. It's for a co-worker of mine and I ws just trying to help her out. I already booked my photo and video.

I dont think $2600 is a good price anyway ....then add on the complaints- no freakin way!
I had great price and unbelievable service - 2 photogs, all digital, photojournalistic, own all proofs for just $2000

In my opinion, photography is one of the most imporant parts of the wedding, and isn't something that I'd book just because of a low price...
once the wedding day is over, all that's really left (besides memories!) are your photographs... i think its important that you LOVE them!
