Photohgrapher Help!!

Hi ladies! I posted this in Brides Helping Brides but got no response so I'm hoping my 2013 girls will help me out!!!

So, FH and I are getting ready to go look at photographers. I know all the questions I want to ask them, but I don't know what I should ask for as far as albums, portraits, etc. My friend told me to put together a 'wish list' of what I want from them, but I don't even know where to start. Can anyone give me an idea of what their photography package includes?? I'm goin to be looking at Lighthouse, Sherwood Triart, Imagine, Thomas Paul, & ADA if anyone has specifics on those!!!

I have prices and info on Lighthouse but I am not home right now. I can FM you them tomorrow though. I just took e-pic with them last night and should have them in 3 weeks. There are so amazing to work with and he has a bunch of different packages or you can make your own.

I have Light house prices/packages also if you want FM your email and I can send you the document.

I don't have any information on the others you mentioned. None of the places you made appts with emailed you their price lists and packages? Before making any appts I emailed all the places I was interested in and asked them for their packages and prices and most emailed me with them.

No info on anyone you mentioned in particular, but the packages I looked at elsewhere included Parent Albums, Couple's Album, Wall Portrait, thank you cards (with pictures), low-res CD of all pics and engagement shoot.

We got creative and decided we only wanted a couple's album, the rights to our photos on a HIGH-RES CD and an engagement shoot.

If you're planning on doing any DIY projects with the pictures, make sure you get full rights to the pics and a HIGH-RES CD, otherwise you'll have pixelation if blow them up or try to work with them. Everything else to me is optional.

Some packages also include thank you cards, enlargement portraits, some give you printed proofs.

With my photo package I'm getting:

2 Photographers
CD with proofs and rights
Engagement shoot (CD w/all images from shoot)
Our Album
Parent Albums
Thank You Cards
5x7's for the bridal party
1 photo enlargement
Online posting of all images

enlargements (8 x 10, 11 x 14, 16 x 20 however many or size)
to me, rights were super important

Lighthouse will give you all there packages if you e-mail him but if you want to build your own you need an appointment. I also got his package info when I went to the bridal expo.
