I am doing mine before- since it's winter -and I can't really go out side- and I would much rather have my pics in the pretty CT room vs the recpetion room-

plus I don't want to miss the CT hour-

People have given me oppisition about this- but it's my wedding!

Before - I don't want to miss the CH. I want to get the BP pics out the of way so they can enjoy the party as well.

before ceremony, since we don't have enough time between ceremony and reception, and besides that I don't want to miss my cocktail hour too

We're still debating on this as well since our reception is right after the ceremony at the same location. We were thinking before the ceremony, but then my family thought we were nuts for suggesting it. FH says whatever makes me happy, he sees me every day when we wake up in the morning, how different could I possibly look? LOL Little does he know......

We took our pictures before the ceremony. We both decided we didn't mind seeing each other before the wedding. That way we had them all done and everyone was able to enjoy the cocktail hour!

we did before but we had it set up so teh phographer got teh pics of us seeing each other for teh first time and it came out great.We had our ceremony at the hall and then were able to be at our whole cocktail hour and enjoy it. here are some pics.

I had this same issue. I was skeptical about seeing FH before ceremony although so many brides have done it and swear by it. Ultimately at the end I went with my gut and decided to see him for the first time walking down the aisle. So we are doing pics right after ceremony and still have enough time after ceremony so that we can attend our CH. Good Luck

I'm doing mine after the ceremony even though we only have one hour until CH starts. I don't mind missing CH hour........I kind of want to be alone with my FH. Just a personal choice.
My FH thinks we should see each other before though.
