Thank you! I'm trying to figure out how to work this site. I had such a great experience with Verdi when I met them. I'm a little worried now because I heard Cindy had a bad experience with them but I'm not sure what went wrong.

May be you should forum email Cindy, and ask her for more details, I am sure that if you are aware of their mistakes with her, you could avoid something like that in the future. In addition, read the fine print of your contract, and have everything very clear. Don't be affraid of asking them questions if there are any terms that you are not so sure about. They also might be more careful now on since they wouldn't want to get a horrible reputation.

just edited to say, just a hint, if you haven't booked all of your vendors yet, you may want to ask others opinions BEFORE you book, it kind of makes more sense that way. lots of luck to you for your upcoming wedding. I hope your photo's come out smashingly well.
