Re: Photoshop?????
You can do basic Photoshopping in Elements. Regular Photoshop has more features. I use Elements and it has everything I need.

I really don't know what the difference is but Photoshop Elements is a little bit easier and user friendly as photoshop It has more features and it can be more complicated. I love photoshop though.

Re: Photoshop?????
a lot depends on what you need to do with the program... personally I can't work with elements... but I do graphic design and I teach compt. art in a high school, so that could be why...

Re: Photoshop?????
Photoshop Elements is a program for home users. Photoshop (the main program) is used by professionals and is very complicated and in-depth. If you are a graphic designer, you would use Photoshop and probably took an entire class in college on Photoshop....Photoshop Elements has the basic 'elements' of Photoshop and can be used by anyone.

Re: Photoshop?????
So if I wanted to buy elements just to work on STDs and other wedding creative work, I would be ok?
I just didn't want to buy elements and either need to already have photoshop or it won't be usable for my projects.
