Photoshop Help

Is anyone a beast with photoshop? I have a really nice pic of my FH that I'd like to use for my STD....only thing is I ruin the pic b/c I'm blinking.

Don't know if it's possible but I was thinking I could transpose my eyes from another pic on to this one...

I dunno, HELP please.
