Photoshop wizards...I need help!

OK, I'm posting as a cry for help. As you may have seen, I designed my own TY cards. I did them in Word because I didn't have Photoshop. Well, I asked someone to convert my file to a jpeg and they did a good job, but it's not what I need. The pictures are too dark, the font is too light and the TY (I ordered a sample) looks awful. Not what I want to give my guests at all. But I've been married 4 months and want to get these things out.

Can someone please help me? I need someone to design and create a TY card (5X7) based on my mock-up. It should be a jpeg document similar to the beautiful jobs I have seen lately. I have all the original files and the fonts I want to use...

I downloaded Photoshop (thanks KimberlyBride ) but my computer is too old and it crashes everytime I open it up so I can't do it myself.

Any help, suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated...I'm running out of time!
