Need some help! I've been to about 7 places already and none are under 7k for both - is that the 'norm'?

Totally depends what you're looking for.

I booked seperately, paid 7k even and have:

2 photographers
tons of extras (albums, blown up pics, printed proofs, etc)

2 videographers
highlight video
60 min documentary of everything
all in cinematic HD

if you're looking for basic coverage, you can DEF pay way less.

I just booked Glenmar over the weekend and got a great package for under $4500. I guess it really depends what you are looking to have included in your package.
