PHOTO/VIDEO PRICES

With the help of my fellow 2010 brides, I decided that I would start shopping for my photo/videographers. These prices are really kinda steep that I'm finding (not that I'm looking for CVS photos but wow). Any suggestions for price comparisons?

I agree with this especially if you want great pictures on a budget. Also check out Amanda Piccone and Erica Lynn for photography. For video try Couped Up Productions or Rambling Rose.

Re: PHOTO/VIDEO PRICES

Our photo was about $2200 but it included ephotos, an ephoto album, wedding, and album, and all photos his res on dvd. We had our album and photos within a month of the wedding. I'm working on making albums for the parents myself from those pics.

Our video was $800 -- I wanted VERY simple, but just wanted to make sure to have it for the future. Haven't really been following-up on it, but I think it's ready. Have to send the balance and get the video, which I'll do soon.

I highly recommend our photographer if you're looking for real quality. He has other packages too if you don't want any albums included. We are so pleased with our pics.

I got the video last-minute, and I'm still happy I did even if I haven't gotten it yet.

FM me if you want any more info about either.

Re: PHOTO/VIDEO PRICES

Do you have a budget in mind? Email some photographers listed on liweddings and simply say 'this is my budget, what can you give me?' and let them email you back with packages, then go from there. That's what I did.. but then FH and I went to patken and just booked there, they had nicer pictures then we'd seen elsewhere... but I feel like we could have gotten more for what we're paying.
