Photo/Video..Important Questions to Ask????

We are starting to look at photographers & videos this week...what are some important questions we should be asking? Ia m a little overwhelmed by all of this.

Find out if the parents albums are included, how many thank you card are included. We were able to get an additional 20 Thank you cards at know charge.

awe...don't be overwhelmed...it will all get done.

you want to ask them:

what type of photography they do, etc. photo journalistic, traditional, candid? you should ask to see samples especiallly if you don't know which you want. TYpically you want a combination

how many video/photo graphers do they sent to an event? they should have at least two this number might need to be larger depending on the size of your wedding party.

who owns the proofs?

do they shoot digital or 35mm?
do they shoot video or dvd (digital)
will you be getting raw footage as well as edited?

you should ask to see what their packages are and be sure to find out how many hours of coverage is covered in that package.

is there an extra charge if the ceremony and reception are at different locations?

Is there an additional cost if you want getting ready footage?
