For anyone that used Phyllis or plan to, can you tell me how teh whole thing works? What is the process? Do you just provide her with meausrements or do you provide her with sizes and then wait for everything to come in?
Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks!

You give her the measurements, or you go there to get measured, and she finds the right size.

She did my measurements there and looked up the designer of the dress I wanted and let me know what size to order.

I only ordered a flower girl dress, so I had SIL take measurements and called them in to her.
