I know a lot of you like her and she has the best prices, but how is her alterations? Are her prices so much lower because she charges a lot for alteration? And does she do great work? TIA

I'm using Phyllis for my alterations and so far her prices have been excellent.

I also know that summerbride06 used her for her wedding dress & bustle and we both bought our dresses elsewhere and brought them to her.

I used her for everything. My alterations were great. My sister had a problem but we are also partially to blame. Just make sure that you try your dress on after every alteration. My sister didn't do it and her dress was too tight. On my wedding day, my dress fit perfectly and I had no problems.

I ordered my BM's dresses there. Her alterations are capped at $45 so I think that pretty reasonable.

im using her..my cousin just used her for her wedding this past weekend...sadly her who dress got messed up so with 2 days b4 the wedding she had to find someone new to fix it! Ive heard great and ive heard some ppl who were unhappy.....her prices are great but they also did go up recently. 170 for brides and 50 for BM all capped! If you tell her you were quoted the lower # she usually will honor that.
