Phyllis from gownfind

i have emailed her three times in the past two weeks and havent heard back from her. anyone else having trouble getting a hold of her?

ETA: Whats the deposit requirement you have to leave when you place the order?

I heard from Gownfind last week when I emailed them. But then I sent a follow up email and I still haven't heard back.

maybe on vacation?? I had emailed her once and got an immediate response...then recently emailed, and it took a day for her to get back...try calling.

it's also busy season...so that might be why also.

does she prefer to be emailed rather than called?
I called once about invites and she just told me to email her about it.
But I also want to set up an alterations apptmt now.

hmm i emailed her twice as well never heard back.. i just need to confirm my bm dress order is in.. oy..
ill give it to mid week then call to confirm i guess.. it is her busy season...

That's what I had emailed her about, and it just took her a day or so to get back to me to confirm it.

I had a hard time getting a response back from an email that I sent 3 weeks ago. I sent 2 follow up emails and no response. When I went to my first fitting last week she did say she was behind on emails.
