Speaking of Phyllis. She was suppose to give me a three button bustle and when I checked my dress I only had one. My dress also had a pen mark on it. It's my fault for being silly to trust she would do what she was suppose to. So word of advice check your dress out before leaving with it.

I used Phyllis and everyonen needs to understand that she is in a shop now and more busy than she has ever been. All she has as help is her daughter in the evenings and her husband. She is playing a few roles, alterations, customer service and whatever else you can think of. If you call her on the phone you get a better respone than by email, cause she is so busy in the store that she doesn't even go on the computer. Her daughter tries to take care of that area but some things she can't handle herself as its her mothers business.
You know people get A LOT of business off this site. She just may be swamped. Give her a few more days and then try again.
I met with Phyllis 3 weeks ago at her store and really liked her. She was so nice and very sweet to talk to. And her daughter and husband are just as nice! I would call her or go to her store.
Where is her store??
On Jericho Turnpike in Dix Hills/East Northport, right across the street from DSW
