Phyllis from gownfind and tax

Does anyone know if Phyllis charges tax on BM dresses? I've been reading that sometimes she matches online prices and tax is included in that price but is that a standard policy with her or do you have to catch her in a good mood?

Thanks!

I've read on here that if you pay cash there is no tax.

her price includes tax.....i paid on my CC and my friend paid cash......there was NO difference whats so ever!!

if she matches an online price (as she did w. me) that price included tax!
