So, I know these aren't very bridal at all, but I wanted to do something different. My only two requirements were that it be brown and have some sort of ribbon. I wasn't in love with these at first, but they've grown on me and now I think they're cool as hell. The brown is sort of a gold-flecked brown - but it's subtle - not obnoxious. The response card and the inside of the invite is this very pale greenish/cream color. It's actually in a bar mitzvah invitation book!
I like them, elegant and different without being over the top! Mine have the same sort of speckled stuff on the outside jacket and it made me nervous at first, but they came in last week and look fantastic, as I am sure these will too!

I had ones that were the same paper except they were single card and the entire invite was that color...my guests were complimenting me on the color...great choice
