PICS NOW ADDED ON PAGE 2I DID A LOT OF REDECORATING ON SATURDAY!!

Craig worked a double and I went all out lol
the first thing I did was get rid of both dog crates in the computer room..... *have to make room for his surprise foosball table!*

then I took down his stupid 'Raider fan parking only' thing from my kitchen! I may have a black and white kitchen and the sign may be black and white but still it doesnt belong in a kitchen he is not a bachelor anymore lol
he has a den w/ all raider pics so I moved it in there, it actually looks better in the den

then I bought a mirrow at BBB and hung it over the fireplace!

Last minute, carlos came and painted my living room China White

I bought a really cool clock for the kitchen that looks great on the wall I put it on and I got a pretty wall thing for my upstairs bathroom
yep, it was a busy day!!! lol

Ill post pics next week when my living room furniture arrives on saturday!

Christine- he agreed the raider thing looks better in the den! w/ the sports stuff
and he said I did a lot and it all looked good!!

He said I got a perfect sized clock for kitchen lol

he said I am making it more into a home not that it wasnt before but now its demaleized
LOL

Tammy! My husband is a HUGE Raider fan as well (although he is quite upset with them this year) and I told him when we have a house one day, he can have his own roo with all his sports memrobilia. For now, there is no black and white signs, hats, throws, license plates, ANYWHERE!!!

our den is now a den/raider /sports room lol
and DH is not happy w/ them either, he watches but gets disgusted! he has a throw blanket and pillow which is in the corner of the 'raider room' but its covered by part of the couch

Marcella- how did your rooms come out? Carlos told me you should have gotten Benjamin moore instead of Behr, that behr is much thicker like glue to apply? I dont know

one gallon of what I need cost 25 bucks and he got a discount! Post pics soon

Wow Tammy - you kept busy!!! Did you already get the rug? That was quick! Mine took over 3 months from Macys! Can't wait for pictures!

Sounds great- in my house, all sports/music related stuff and toys go in what my DH calls his 'MAN-ROOM'. We really call it that now. living room, bedroom, kitchen, manroom.....haha.

Good for you Tammy! I am so glad you didn't have a problem with it! Wait till Macy's gets my complaint letter about the rug and their service! I will be sure to use you getting the same rug in 2 weeks elsewhere as a point of reference!

Denise- it says on the rugs direct website that if it is 'in stock' it usually ships right away or in two weeks , it said it on my order confirmation anyway.

I cant believe macys sometimes! it took forever to get my couch in, they had the table and everything else weeks ago!! they better come this saturday as scheduled

They came out gorgeous!! and my uncle (he's an interior designer for Drake, who would have done the entire house but the furniture was coming) did the rest of the house this weekend.. It looks amazing.. The paint did suck monkey a$$ but we really didn't think about it when we bought it.. it was just there, you know? we did get that and Ralph Lauren paint for the rest of the house which came out beautifully.. I'm hoping my one piece that I'm waiting for comes in when yours does!

Good for you. it is nice of you to have let DH have his sign in the kitchen for so long Scott's sports 'stuff' is banned to his office upstairs.

LOL! everytime I looked at it, I couldnt wait till I moved it! I even said to him like a month ago, this should go w/ your raider stuff, I just never got around to do it
