Pics of 1st Makeup Trail - Honest Opinions Please

I finally had my 1st makeup trial today (regular makeup). i am not sure how i like it. not a big makeup person. I asked for a natural look with a little kick of glamour. She used browns on the eyes. i think i look gross in every picture !!

I don't know how to post pics so they are in album

I have another trial scheduled for Wednesday with airbrush makeup. Will airbrush cover up the undereye circles better??

Please give me your honest opinions or suggestions. She was really nice & open to suggesions.

okay....

first off - your eyes are an AMAZING color...

do you want more 'pop'? Personally i like the colors a lot (and i'm using those colors myself) - but on photos - it may blend a little too much with your skin tone...being that you are very tan..

I don't know much about air brushing - i'm sure one of the other girls can comment about that.

what did FH think?

well i don't think she used eyeliner under my eyes because i told i don't regularly wear eye makeup only on special ocasions. but after looking at them i think i may want a little more. just worried it will irrate my eyes & blink in all my pictures.

No, FH isn't home yet.. i guess when i go on another trail i can compare.

I don't think there's anything wrong with how you look....but maybe a different color in addition to the brown...maybe a rose??

it looks great. I agree with the eyeliner or maybe more of a smokey effect.

I love the eye color!!! What time of the day is your wedding? If it's at night, maybe a littler bit more to make your eyes pop like eye liner or something? I really love the color though!

thanks alot!! ceremony is at 3;30 reception at 7:00.

yeah i think at my next trial, i'm not going to even say that i never wear makeup or natural.
unforutantely, its only 8:30 and had it done around 4:00 and my makeup is already starting to come off... we'll see wednesday when i get airbrush. hope it lasts longer

Go with airbrush - makes everyone look flawless.
I know, i'm going with airbrush makeup for that reason.
Who are you going to for your trials?

I'd up the masacara and eyeliner also.

I think the color looks really nice on you....and it does look natural like you wanted, but if you're looking for more of a dramatic look, you might want a bit more on the eyes

airbrushing does wonders so definitely give it a whirl.

Im going to be honest bc i would like someone to be honest with me!

I don't think you look GROSS!!!

You look beautiful!

What i think she should have done was add more mascara or added a few fake lashes it will completely change the look (look at my b4 & afters...to see what im talkin about), add a bit of eyeliner as well, i know your looking for a natural look but you should add the eyeline JMO it opens up your eyes, you have beautiful light eyes!

I also think some more blush would have blended well.

:) can't wait to see round 2!

honestly...I don't love it. You are a pretty girl and I too am not into alot of makeup either...so I understand. I don't like the shiny/sparkly brownish color eyeshadow on you too much. You have an amazing eye color...I think a different color might look better...I don't know what color cause I'm terrible at makeup...lol...but I imagine a different color might look better...

Try the airbrushing...I'd love to see pics of that too...

thanks everyone... yeah this is why its a trial. i do appreciate all your opinions.

its about 11:30 PM & almost all my makeup came off..

I can't wait for wednesday, i have a trial with somebody that does airbrush makeup. i do have a better idea on how to explain what i want. even though i don't wear much makeup everyday. this is not a typical day i do want want a little more dramatic look.

My FH was the test. the only thing he said was that i looked a little more tan

oh well its only my 1st trial

I actually dont like it! Sorry! It just doesnt do anything for you. I think she should bring out your eyes a bit more to really work with its color and youd look amazing! Try Pedala Sisters Free Trial. The make up just doesnt look soft at least not the type that would make your wedding day pics WOW..Good luck sweetie..
