I don't have any pics but I just wanted to let you know that Lord and Taylor in Garden City has these candy apples that are so freakin' yummy! They come 4 to a pack and they have caramel and nuts and.....i'm getting a hankerin'


edit: Also, duh, the most important part..if you go to search I know you will find picks bc I remember a while back there was a whole thread about candy apples, where they got them, how they set them up.

I'm having choco covered apples as my favors and i'm going to ask the maitre'd to have the waiters carry them out at the end.. on trays and hand them out....b/c I'm not sure if they are going to crowd the table if I put them out beforehand.

I also don't have pics, but my I just had my shower where the favor was candy apples from the fudgery out at tangier -and they were DELICOUS, and awsome looking -there wre sprinkled ones, cookie covered ones, nuts... all kinds. each was wrapped in cellophane.

We wanted candy apples but they were too expensive, we ended up doing popcorn balls instead, all dolled up in drizzled chocolate and nuts and sprinkles...so cute

I don't have a pic but my friends used candy apples last Oct and punched a hole in the place card and put the place card on the stick. They were cute.
