Many people have FMed me about the house and everyone wants to see pics so I decided to post them. I still have a lot to do...wood floors, granite, excerise room, and office is not done but hopefully by the end of March it will be.

My house was comparable to some LI homes but you just get more and newer.

if you do let me know there was ONE house i saw for $450,000 in kew gardens, real nice too with backyard and on every site it was listed as a HOTT property. Yeah that sold i think the first week, 450k for a house in queens with a backyard wont last

We moved to FL a year and a half ago. what part are you considering? You wont miss NY trust me.
