I went last night for my 2nd trial with April. I love my hair and tiara, but I wanted to put my veil on top and I think it may look too puffy. I got a 2 layered veil. I think I may want to get a single layer with a removable blusher but I only have 16 days before my wedding. Where can I get a veil last minute like that?

Patchogue floral also has off-the-rack veils.

JMO, but I like the puffy on top look!
that's what I'm doing! Makes me feel very bride-y!

I do tooo!!!! But I am just afraid it looks silly on me. I have pics at home. I will post them when I get home. I have to have FH charge the camera.

You could also get a drop veil (or circle veil). This veil has no comb, but is held in place by a hat pin.

I got one from the veil shop online.

IMO, it's perfect! I LOVE puffy veils. I say the bigger, the better! I think it's beautiful.

How long is the veil and what is the style of your dress?
