Pics of My Hair/Makeup Trial!

I recently had a makeup/hair trial with Mya from Cosmetic Artistry. She's great!! I love the French Twist she gave me and will be putting hairpins in my hair.

I still need to grow my hair an inch or two longer because I want a little more curl on top. Do you think I should grow out my bangs too and have them sweep to one side behind my ear?

I may need to go a little darker on the makeup - not sure. I want a natural look, but I don't want to appear like I don't have any on.

P.S. The first pic is of me without makeup but my hair is mostly done. The second pic shows me with makeup. The third pic shows my hair with hairpins and the last one shows some flowers in my hair. I hope I resized these pictures correctly and they come out!

You look gorgeous!! Yes, I would grow the bangs a bit, having them swept off to the side would look wonderful!!

Only 1 picture is there! I agree to grow out the bangs and sweep them to the side. I like that hairstyle! The make-up looks good also but I think you should go a lottle darker around the eyes.

I love the hair- I am using hairpins too! Maybe a little more makeup on the eyes(since yours are so spectacular!) since the pics really do wash us out. But you really look beautiful!

Agree the makeup needs a bit more oomph in the eyes.

The hair is absolutely gorgeous. I love the way is looks in the back. Definitely grow out your bangs and side sweep them.. that's what I did for my wedding and it looks really pretty

As everyone else has said, perhaps more makeup on the eyes to bring them out. But otherwise you look really lovely!!

Your hair looks fabulous. Personally, I am a bangs girl, so I say keep them, maybe just a little longer

The make up is great too, but as you've got beautiful pale skin, perhaps a little more blush?

I think both the makeup and the hair look great! You can definitely tell the difference in the makeup before and after. You look beautiful and the makeup looks natural not like you've been 'made up'

Thanks for all of your comments! This was my second trial and I felt so comfortable with Mya I booked her on the spot!

Later that day, I boarded a flight home to the DC area and the flight attendant said I looked beautiful - she made me beam ear to ear.

I don't know about the rest of you, but having the trials made me realize just how fast the wedding is approaching (I've been engaged 10 months already and have 7 more to go, but I think these next months -esp. over the holidays - will go by very FAST).

It also made the wedding seem more 'real' if that makes sense. Maybe its because I am starting to picture how I will look and feel that morning... it's all very exciting!
