For those of you who used boxes - how did you get them to the hotels? Did yo ubox them up somehow, or just put them in your trunk as is?

They look great! Goes so nice with your theme!!! I haven't done mine yet...not sure how we'll bring it over. We only have 8 or so... How many do you have? Maybe boxing a few will be easier...not sure though. Good luck!

I have 60 of them! They ar at my parents house which is about 45 mins from the hotel, so I'll have to bring them all at once.

Christine, they look awesome!!! I had boxes as well. What I did was get a really big box from a storage place and, instead of folding the top pieces over the top so that the box would close, I taped them so that they stood straight up (this way, i could get more boxes in there!!). When I got to the hotel, I got one of those little things that they use to take luggage to your room (the name of it is escaping me right now) and just loaded the box with the OOT boxes onto that. HTH!

Hey Christine!!
We used gable boxes as well and we got a bunch of those flat boxes from Costco-- the kind where it is almost like a box top-- they are pretty large and they held about 6 gable boxes each. Then we laid them all into the back of my mom's SUV... they are great- cause some have handles-- so they are easier to carry.

Thanks for the ideas! Yeah - after I was putting them together I was thinking i should have just done the bags - they would have been easier to transport! Oh well!!!

That's an awesome IDEA! I'm probably going to have to do this because I'm going to have a lot of out of towners (and out of country-er) coming to my wedding! I've said this before and I'll say it again, you women are AWESOME!!! It's a little early for me yet, but where did you get those boxes?

i had 50 and just filled the back of my truck
then used the luggage cart to bring them into the hotel - the hotel help me bring them in
one piece of advice -watch the bottom of the gable boxs- some are not that strudy - we used clear packing tape to strengthen them

Yep all of have them have tape in them for extra security! I think I got the boxes at buygiftbox.com.
