Yes Jeannie, we do. DH sister is there with her husband and 2 sons! They've been there just over 3 years and she loves it!

Buford....it's 30 miles NE of Atlanta and only 1/2 hr over the border of Ga/SC
Is that Gwinnet County? One of my BF's moved there almost 2 years ago, she just bought a new home in one of those developments, its soooo huge!!! I just couldnt get over how big the houses are down there, and what they go for!!! Her house up here would be at least 750K, she spent 170K!!!

YES!! That is Gwinnett County!!! there are TOO many NYer's down there and the schools are AMAZING!

haha, half the people she works with are all from Long Island, she keeps trying to get me to move down there with her!! I have to say, she got a sweet deal, and they are both making the same amount of money down there that they were up here.....living like KINGS!!
