I didn't buy them...the magazine said they were $825. However, I am considering it....I really really really like them! I must be a fool to consider spending that on shoes!

Can't you buy shoes similiar to those...then go to michaels and buy the crafts and glue and recreate them? Might be a heck of a lot cheaper!

Knowing me, I'll end up glueing my fingers together, or to my face...end up at the ER and have to have crazy glue removal surgery!
BUt seriously, I could see myself loosing patients very quickly trying to recreate that look...the beads would be all over the floor, I'd slip and fall on them, break my leg, and then hobble down the isle on crutches!!!

definitely they are beautiful! My mother wore sometihng similar at her wedding, it was big dridal fashion in the late 60's too.
