Ok I give up, how do you girls get such good pictures of your rings on here. I can't get a close shot without it being blurry.

Re: pictures
Did you try to take it at an angle?

Re: pictures
1. lighting -- the best pictures will be taken in natural light which means outside or by a window during the daytime.
2. focus -- most cameras have a macro setting, usually has a pic of a tulip as the icon. it lets you do a really really close zoom, but you have to let it focus and keep your hand really still. more likely to work best in natural light.
3. practice -- they wont all come out perfect, so take a bunch and hope for the best! hope this helps
here are a few examples of things taken in macro zoom
you have to put your camera on the macro setting if you want to take the pic close up.....otherwise it will just be blurry

Re: pictures
i have the same problem. I'm right now in Colorado for the Summer (where my fiance lives) and my friends in New York are dying to see the ring. I just can't get a good shot of it no matter what I do. I tried the macro and it just seemed to anger it. lol. I'll try in the daylight tomorrow and see what happens.

Re: pictures
FH took a picture of my ring in front of a light. He put a white t-shirt over the light bulb, angled it to face my ring, and took the picture. Came out clear as day.
