I was wondering if any brides out there have pictures of their weddings at the Thatched Cottage. Thanks for sharing!

Re: Pictures from the Thatched Cottage
I don't have pictures from the wedding I was in but... I saw them and they looked so beautiful. My cousins wedding was like april 12 I think and there was snow flurries but... we went outside anyway and took pictures. One of the best weddings I have been to.

Re: Pictures from the Thatched Cottage
we are using Leli photo who has some really beautiful pictures of the Thatched Cottage , I know because when we booked he had a lot from there and I did not know the location so I asked . Call him maybe he can put some on his web site for you. I am sure he would be happy to do it. GOOD LUCK

Re: Pictures from the Thatched Cottage
I have a few, from a wedding I went to, that friends e-mailed me. I don't know if I should realy be posting them, so look quickly I will take them down soon.
You can't see too much of the decor, but you can see that it was little crowded, but they knew they were pushing the room limit. ( they expectedmore nnos) It was rainy & foggy out ( March), so didn't see the outside. I don't have any picture of the pretty lobby & staircase.
ETA--I removed the pictues sicen it wasn't my weddign & I didn't take them. July0105, FM me if you didn't see them.

Did they call you to set up your final appointment? They sent me something saying they would contact me, but I haven't gotten a call yet. Hmmm......

All the paperwork is at home but this is what I remember off the top of my head....we picked the carving station, pasta station and chafing dishes .. we skipped the crepes and wok (though it was tempting!) We also aded on a combo Mediterranean/Antipasto station to the cocktail hour (to honor our Greek and Italian backgrouds) I actually think it'll be almost TOO much food, but what the heck ..
Both times we went there we spoke to Ralph the owner, and he is very fair. Basically he told us if he thought we were adding too much food or not -- I really appreciated his honesty!
I've still yet to speak to the actual banquet manager, I don't even know his name.. I've always dealt with Ralph
The worst was picking our cake, because FH and I couldn't decide on a flavor! So we still have to let them know what we are getting ..
