i just read one of the posts on taking pictures at oheka castle - what a great idea. does anyone know how much it could cost? I know that when I spoke to my photographer he said that to take pics at that oyster bay place or westbury something ---- forgot what its called - its like $300 - does that sound right?
I am looking for a place that will allow us to shoot pics both inside and outside.
someone also mentioned sandspoint - that looks really nice but is it outside only???
Any other places someone can recommend??? .... we are getting married in Brooklyn 2:30 till about 4pm and then cocktail hr is at 7:30 - reception 8:30 ---- so i have plenty of time.... or atleast i think..

wow. really!? To TAKE pictures?! It doesn't cost me that much to get a PHOTOGRAPHER for an hour.

Got this from the FAQ page on OHEKA.COM
Q. Can we take wedding photos at the Estate if we are not having our wedding at OHEKA? A. You can take photos at the Estate as long as there is no other event at the Estate and the fee is $500 per hour and your photographer must supply us with insurance.

wow thats crazy. Lots of girls take it out in old westbury gardens but they have a fee too.

yeah i wanted westbury gardens but i refuse to pay $300 to take pics there and they only let you take them in 1 spot...you cant walk around. Thats what i was told anyway.
