He's adorable. I love those chubby little ham hock infant arms. I cant believe he's 3 months old already. Everyone's babies are growing so fast (including my own!)

THe third pic reminds me of my sister. She had tons of hair like your son as a baby. My parents have a pic of her somewhere with the same pose. She looked like a boy! He is adorable!!
