Just thought I'd share. I just ordered a postnatal, mommy and me pilates dvd. My sister's friend says it's great. She started it when her son was two months and she's gotten in good shape from it, and the baby evidently loves it. I ordered it on Amazon. I got a regular pilates tape as well. Time to start trimming and toning! ![]()
