There is a place I used to go to in the town of Huntington. I loved my instructor there, but she left. It is a good place. There is also a new place in Smithtown with all kinds of classes. I only went once and was the only one there at the class so I got a private mat class. I am planning to go back, but I just got in a rut. If you are in Nassau, I know there are a few places there. FM me if you need info.
