Exfoliating will helps clear the build up on your skin. Regular facial appointments will help too if your very prone to it, but I would suggest gentle exfoliating. And try not to pick! You cna really damage the skin.
FM me if you need more info, I went to school for Esthetics...

I swear by Neutrogena 'on the spot'. I don't have regular issues with pimples, but I do get an occasion 'AF' related zit! I use that stuff overnight and by morning it's usually gone. sometimes it takes 2 applications.

Re: Pimple and stufffffff
I have had a little pimple problem which just started happening in my 20's. I originally went out and purchased all this Clinqiue stuff, spent a lot of money and it didn't work.
I went to cvs about a month ago and purchased Nivea. One is a blue soap that your rinse off, and the other is a toner in a pink bottle. I've been using it and my face has been really clear.

Proactiv works excellent. Also try Cortizone {over the counter cream} works on pimple blemish spots too.

Get a deep cleansing facial. That works for me!!! At first your skin is a bit irritated because they take out the blackheads, but in a couple of days you start to see the difference. In a week my face is clear. It's worth the money!

Toner (I use Clarins) will help shrink your pores after you wash your face. And there's always the pill, if you're not on it already. Works for me!

Proactiv is the best and I've tried EVERYTHING a dermatologist could prescribe.

I also LOVE proactive. I have clear skin for the first time in my life I am 27, almost 28, and I had acne from 10 until 26 when I tried using proactive for the first time. I tried everything else except for accutain. I even took those pills from the dermatologist - they did not work. I also get facials on a 6 week basis and it is excellent.

If it is a little problem I use those Biore strips. Every once in a while I get clogged pores and use them and poof they are gone.

Re: Pimple and stufffffff
Something a little cheaper than proactive that Iv'e found to work just as well is the new Neutrogena boxed set that includes a cleanser, day cream and overnight cream - it's called Advanced Solutions Acne Control or something to that effect. It's $30.

21 too old??? Try I'm 31 and I'm STILL getting acne!!! On my face, neck, shoulders and back. I exfoliate every so often, but my skin is so sensitive, it gets dry from it sometimes.
Try Neutrogena bar soap (the one for acne prone, used to work for me when I was younger) and also Clean & Clear products which works for me now.

Re: Pimple and stufffffff
I have to contribute my .02. I suffered from college junior year through my 20s. I found cleansing products that worked, but for me my change in diet was the biggest success to overcoming it. I felt I was a 'pizza face' and now my friends don't believe I ever had a problem. I gave up soda (an occasional one now and then) and fast foods. Haven't been to McDon or BK in MANY years. Fried foods are a rarity. I believe healthy intake combined with proper care leads to a healthy complexion. My FH was a huge soda drinker when we met. Irish / red complexion. I gave him the soda challenge. He gave it up for about 3 weeks and we noticed a dramatic difference. Just something for you to consider. And...don't touch your face. Work environments are dirty. Have you looked at some people's keyboards?
