Pindar Autumn Gold Wine Favors

I personally am not a drinker at all but want to do full wine bottles as our favors. I know most people enjoy wine. I would but I get migraines.

I was thinking of doing Pindar Autumn Gold Wine but am finding that the price is pretty high. Do any of you girls know where I can get about 10 cases of these bottles for a good price? The lowest price i have found is 6.99 a bottle and then 10% off of that.

Also, if you girls have ever had this wine, what do you think of it (Iike it, hate it?). otherwise, if I cannot find this wine at a decent price, I plan on doing full bottles of Sutter Home White Zinfandel but FH's sister gave these out at her wedding.

Try the store near National Wholesale Liquidators in West Hempstead - they have THE best prices on wine.

If that doesn't work, try Bargain Fine Wine and Liquors in Rockville Centre (on Sunrise Hwy)

did you try Pindar direct? I know friends of ours did the Winter White for their wedding and they got a case discount plus Pindar has been running a 25th anniversay sale all year. I know they got it a a reasonable price. Pindar has a store in Port Jeff on Main Street.

From what I've learned about wines.. you never get the best prices from the winery because they don't want to create competition against their distributors. I would give Holbrook Liquor a call. I think we are getting our wines there and their business is driven by volume not price.

We went out to Pindar a month or so ago and preferred the Autumn to their other white. I forgot what the names was. That's also how I know you can get it cheaper elsewhere.

Duckwalk also has a cute label with ducks on it. We are going to use those for the Out of Towner bags.
