Another DIY project done! Last night, my 15 year old FBIL and I worked on pinwheels! These are going to be escort cards for the little kids. They came out adorable. I have one step left - to sand the bottoms of the wooden dowels.

Awesome! We are incorporating pinwheels into our wedding as well!! I love them! They will be in some centerpieces and mini ones will be on our escort cards, for decoration.

Beautiful! We're doing the same but not that big! those are so pretty. I also can't find double sided patterned cardstock that goes with my colors. Just plain. They also rip at the center. I must rethink this.

Did you look at scrapbook paper, not just cardstock? I bought a ton online from Joann's for various projects and every style I bought had a different pattern on the reverse - some in totally different colors, some in same colors different patterns. They have them on sale a lot!

I couldn't find double sided either. So I got spray adhesive and made my own!! They are much sturdier as a result.
