Okay ladies, my best friend is getting married in 8 days!!! And has no idea what she wants for place cards!!! YIKES! Her mom wants to attach them to fresh roses- however this would have to be done that morning- which I feel is a very bad idea, since we will have to do over 200 of them!

Any creative ideas besides votives (she doesn't like traditional place cards)? Her colors are vibrant pinks and greens- but she doesn't have a theme for the wedding.

how about pretty colored decorative soaps? or baggies of candies in her color? u can attach place cards to those in advance

great ideas...I am just not sure if I can do either of those things in 8 days!!! No time to really order anyhting!

What about a seating chart? You can type it all up and print it at Kinkos. Then put it in a frame and on display.
